? SHOCK ? I made banana bread ?

If you’ve read that title and go… so? what is the big deal?

Ask anyone that knows me, they will tell you that I can’t cook, I can’t bake and I certainly cannot make banana bread. ??

…and I have photographic evidence.

Yes, okay, if you look closely, the bread is SLIGHTLY burnt.

? Top tip: Use foil. (I didn’t have any so I had to break the rules.)

So here is how it goes, in 8 simple steps. ?

1️⃣You squish up 2 bananas whilst singing (the singing part is optional)

2️⃣You then add the banana bread mix

3️⃣At this point, I almost forgot the egg and the butter.

4️⃣Don’t forget the egg and the butter.

5️⃣Mix mix mix mix mix mix mix mix til’ it looks scrumcious

6️⃣Bung it in a loaf tin, stick it in the oven

(Oh, stick the oven on at 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6)

7️⃣Pull it out after 20 mins, DON’T EAT IT YET (I know you want to)

8️⃣Put it in another 20 mins….

WALAH! There you have it. Delicious nutritious scrumcious banana bread.
